How do i check Bandwidth in Cisco Router

Hi,

I have a cisco 2620 Router.and i have 1 mbps Leased line link.But how can say i m using 1 MBPS,And My IT manger told me Please check hows much coming total bandwidth from ISP end.Please check it in Cisco Router.and Let me confirm it.

So please suggest me which command display total bandwidth in cisco Router.
