How do I configure a Sonicwall Pr0 100 for VPN Access

Hi I just started setting up a Sonicwall Pro 100 Firewall and I have been task to configure the VPN Feature. This is my first time setting up VPN and I went to google but there was nothing there, so is there anyone who can assist me or tell me where I can get instruction on how to setup Sonicwall VPN for a Pro 100 online.
