How do I configure RRAS VPN Connection/Internet Access?

I’m setting up a Win Server 2003 RRAS VPN and having trouble. If I include a default gateway on internal LAN, Clients are not able to connect. If I don’t, clients can’t access Internet from VPN. Clients have to access internet though LAN gateway for proper authentication to certain applications that authenticate based on IP.
