How do i connect 2 computer directly over the ADSL broad band Internet?

Hello everyone. Please help me with my problem
Situation .
1)I have twocomputer at different place.
2)This both computer are connected to internet via ADSL Router.
3)The Ip adderess is not an static IP address

So how can i connect this to computer directly one to one communication over the internet.. please help me…
