How Do I Create a Solaris 8 Server?

I have a Sparc which I need to operate as a server. Solaris 7 allowed server installation during setup. However, Solaris 8 only asks where your server is, not if you wish the existing computer as a server. Most all my books only refer to Solstice AdminSuite to convert from standalone to server. However, Sun does not sell it, web downloads only. I can’t connect to the web to download it. Can someone point me to reference material that will walk me through the conversion?
