How do I disable the delay in the login screen of Windows 10?

I began using windows 10 recently and generally I am pleased. One thing that I did not like however, is the new login screen.
I really like when I come to the computer to simply enter my password and click enter. Right now, I first have to click some key to cancel the spotlight wallpaper then wait 1-1.5 sec and only then start typing my password. Is it possible to cancel the delay?
In addition to the delay, I also need to left-click with the touchpad before I enter the password, because for some reason it loses focus. Is there a way to solve this?
