How do I empty custom Outlook folders with PowerShell?

Anyone know how I can get PowerShell to look at a folder I created in Outlook and delete the contents. These two links shows how to delete the junk mail folder also the numerical values assigned to Default folders. The scripts works but I want to be able to select a folder I create. Any ideas………? Thanks.
