How do I fix my Pastel My Invoicing backup?

I’m running Pastel My invoicing on Win 7 platform and when trying to do a backup I receive the following error: Backup failed for Server “Servername” Could not load file or assembly ‘Microsoft.SqlServer.BatchParser, Version=9.0.242.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91’ or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.

It looks as though an assembly is missing, but there isn’t a requirement to have SQL installed on my laptop for pastel to run, so I don’t know why it is generating this error. Any ideas?
