How do I get hands on experience?

I am going to take my A+ exams in the next week or so, and I will be needing to find a job, part/full time. I’m currently self employed in the landscape construction industry with over 13 years of operating my own business. The only exerience I havein this field is working on my own systems at home/business, troubleshooting, upgrading and building from old computers. What kind of places should I be looking at to get the additional hands on that I need.
Any advice is grateful, thank you in advanced.
