how do I get IPTV working on my cisco switch network.

Guys,
I’ve a cisco switch network consisting of two 6513 core layer 3 switches and a number of access 4507R switches duel uplinked via fibre.

A 3rd party customer is installing an IPTV solution. We have supplied their kit with it’s own Vlan 118. They can ping all devices on this vlan but cannot get the TV channels to stream from their server out to their screens.

I think this is a multicast issue. How do I configure multicast acroos my switches on this Vlan? Has anyone a sample config?
