How do I get off the email reply spam

I enjoy being able to post as I am here on topics of interest. I also enjoy reading responses ON THE WEB to my post. I DO NOT enjoy receiving countless emails with responses to other members of the community that have no relevance to me.

Here’s the header of the latest tirade:

I don’t see anywhere to “turn off” email notices on these replies. Any ideas?
