How do I hook up my fax to my cell or satellite internet?

I would like to get rid of my land line which I only use for faxes. Is there a way to hook up my HP Officejet J5780 Fax machine to either my LG Chocolate 2 cell or my PC with Wild Blue satellite Internet?
