How do I make a time sheet in excel?

Okay…I am not good with excel at all, and am really bad with codes. I have a template which is fine…but I want to be able to make that template bigger, but of course it doesnt let me. So I was wondering if someone could help me make a timesheet which includes unpaid lunches and holidays and so I can expand to multiple months if I need to later. Please help!
