how do i Mutilink 2 T1 to get 3.0 mbit ?

I have 2 Cisco 2600 series routers with 2 wic cards i would like to muti-link the 2 lines going to the same location so i can get 3.0 mbit. how difficult is this to set up, can it be done, do i need a certain IOS version ?
