How do I recover contents of Dell D505 hard disk, when it wont boot

I have a Dell D505 laptop which wont boot up due to the power connection on motherboard becoming dry-soldered and irrepairable.. However I desperately need the information, files, software from that laptops hard disk..
How can I copy that info or save the contents of the hard disk to CD.. ??
The laptop has very valuable data that my company needs ASAP..
Anybody give me some tips.. ??
