Originally I was going to install 3 Windows Server 2008 servers, DC, Exchange and Terminal Server. Due to software problems we had to demote the Terminal Server to Windows Server 2003. And that is where the problems started. The TS CALS were installed on the DC, and Terminal Server was installed on the TS, so the licences did not apply (apparently) to the TS. 120 days later it is not possible to make any RDC to the TS. We have a second Terminal Server running so this can be dealt with in due course, however I would like to restore the Remote Desktop for Administration service on the Terminal Server. I uninstalled Terminal Server on the TS server and Microsoft helpfully suggests that I will need to reinstall the Remote Desktop for Administration from Add and Remove Programs, but how to proceed? I have googled but not found any real help.
So naturally I came here for suggestions
