How do I remove a root file ?

Greetings to all, I have Windows 10. How do I remove a root files ? The files are in the temp folder. When I open one, the folder is empty. I did a restore point and nothing happened. I also did a Windows registry defrag, Windows registry repair and nothing happened. What else can I do ? Thank you.
