How do I remove the Security tab of NT?

How do I remove the Security tab of NT / 2000 on any drive or folder? That will make my system more secure than just applying policies on it. If there is any site from where I can get the .adm or .pol files for the same I’ld like to have it.
I’ve tried the same in through the registry but not getting the right key and the value for it.
So anyone who knows this please let me know as fast as possible.
