how do i reset my bios password in thinkpad r50e ?

hi i am jitendra and i want to remove my bios password form laptop.

i purchase 2nd hand laptop and there is password for accessing the bios.

i remove the cmos battery ,but now when i power on the laptop ,it ask to enter the password dosn’t start the winodws.

i also can’t boot the cd.

i am in big trouble ?
