How do I retrieve files?

What software, if any, do I use?

Situation
A HD, WD 60GB with about 7.5GB used in NTFS and Windows XP, was low level formatted and then ghosted using Norton Ghost 2003 from a second HD, also in NTFS and Windows XP. Before the HD was low level formatted, some files had been backed up. And lo and behold, there were other files that should have been backed up also.

Is there any software to retrieve those other files?
