How do I run an app on my android

So, I got an app made for me and it has been delivered as zipped files. Earlier, it was sent to me as a link which I easily downloaded and reviewed. But now that the entire thing is delivered, I don’t know how to download the app itself and I have all these files. What do I do with them?
