How do I see/delete email on the exchange server

I’ve got 160000 plus spam emails in my second outlook email account. I can’t highlight them all in Outlook because my computer locks up, and I can’t even highlight 4000 and delete because when I do it just goes to a blank screen. So where do I go on the exchange server where the emails are located and delete them from there?

Without deleting the mailbox since we need it for when other spam mail comes in that I have to look through.
