How do i setup a Central Print Console to manage Printers across location?

Attn: Managed Print Service Guru. How do i setup a Central Print Managment Console to manage leased Printers across diff locations ?

Can pls point me in the right direction to accomplish this ?

Do i need to set up/confgure a server or software to this ?
