how do I setup a hotspot using peap for authentication

I have a linksys wrt54gl with dd-wrt v23sp2 with chillispot, apache 2.2.14 with openssl, mysql 5.0, and freeradius.net, I also have a desktop to use for the radius server running windows 2003 server; pls i need a guide to sep up a hotspot where users log in with a password and username. I require AAA. Thanks.
