How do i setup windows server 2003 to be a server to 3 clients

I wish to set up a mall LAn at my home office… i want to use a star topology type network. I want my bedroom PC to be a server to 3 house computers also to be supplying the 3 with internet… please advice how i can setup windows server 2003 to facilitate this type of connection after connecting all computers on a LAN..
