How do I share one IP for two printers?

We have two printers, each with it’s own IP. Is there a network device(other than a pc) that only requires one IP and acts as a Jet-Direct/server for 2 or more printers? We’d like to send printing to one IP and let this device decide which printer it will feed in case one printer fails.
