How do i upgrade a SBS2003 SP2 to R2

How can i upgrade a SBS2003 SP2 box to R2. Can i use a R2 cd from a W2k3 Std CD?

The truth is that i want to use DFS to replicate share folders and SBS 2003 box use the legacy DFS system as my W2k3 R2 Std already have new DFS system.

Can somebody give a clue.
