How do I upgrade MS 2K3 Server Web Edt.

Is there anyway to upgrade from Windows Server 2003 WEB Edition to the Windows Server 2003 STANDARD Edition?

We have installed an Intranet application which requires users to access a shared network folder and I keep reaching the concurrent users connection limit built into the Web Edition.
I have tried the Standard and Advanced Server setup CDs both give an error that they do not support upgrading the Web edition.
