How do I view usage log in Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard

I need some help in knowing how to find usage log in my company’s Windows Server 2008 R2. Was checking and collecting data to find who and what computer uses the highest bandwidth and which sites they visited.
I tried to find it but I cannot and do not know how. We just install the server for 3 months now. Its from Dell
