how do recover data to crashed pointsec?

hi i am prakash from helpdesk in one pc have winxp Ops but there have ntldr misining error show when i start computer but i have copy to ntldr form floppy and cd-rom its not copied and show blue screen as i did copy to ntldr my pc have pointsec 6.1 ver. how do i repair my system?
