How do we persuade Techrepublic to test their own environment?

Again, today I received the Techrepublic Daily Digest. Again, today I try to read an article and it isn’t there.

I try to be helpful and report it, copying the link details, etc., and when I get to the end to submit the “Question” the question taker askes me to create an account.
