Hey everyone,
I’ve been working on several web design projects recently, and I keep running into the same challenge — finding the right balance between performance and aesthetics.
Modern websites look amazing with animations, high-res visuals, and dynamic content, but all these extras can easily hurt page speed and Core Web Vitals.
For example, I recently built a site focused on APK and game menu niches, using lightweight builders like Kadence and Elementor. While the UI turned out beautifully, I noticed some delay on mobile load times.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Using WebP images and lazy loading for assets
Limiting plugins and third-party scripts
Leveraging Cloudflare CDN for caching
Testing performance with PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix
I’m curious — what techniques or tools do you all use to keep your websites fast without sacrificing visual appeal or user experience?
Would love to hear your thoughts, workflows, or any personal best practices!
Thanks,
