How do you disable the system info butto

Trying to lock down the desktop and give users only office97 and netscape and NOTHING else. This was easy enough except when you open an office app, go to help/About, and then choose system info, you can go to the file menu and choose RUN. This is ahuge backdoor to the system, with options to run registry editor, explorer, sys config, etc…There is also a browse button.
These are NT4.0 workstations and Novell 5.0 environment. Is there any way to disable the run option or the system info button?
