How do you monitor your server room’s environment?

I am wondering if anyone uses humidty alert products or waterbug sensors on their computer rooms.

If so, what products are you using and for which advantages?

Is you system tied into your server or is it tied into your alarm system?

Do you have or need off site notification such as a cell phone alarm call etc.?
