How does one prepare for CCNA exam 640-802?

I am referring to Todd Lammle’s CCNA study guide(CD included) and using Cisco packet tracer simulation software for performing lab exercises. what else do I require in order to prepare for the exam and for how much time will I need to study before I take the exam?
