How far will a Cisco 3560 PoE-48 power strength last over ethernet cat5e?

I have an access point from a cisco 3560 PoE-48 to an aruba 70 antenna that drops out about every min. and reconnects in 2 to 5sec. The only way I have been able to establish a constant interupted connection is to use the power block and a 5port linksys switch??? If I connect a crossover or straight cable to the pc it dosen’t make any differance. The power block is the only way I can get the pc up and stable. I’m not sure if it is the distance from the CISCO SWITCH or it is the ARUBA antenna which I have been told should work. If you have any answers for this please E-mail.
