How i access the application through Cisco 1800 serise router

Hi,
I develop web application and to access web application to any part of the world i m entering static Ip address i have got priviosaly but now have CISCO 1800 serise router which have that static Ip …..but when i tried to access the same application it is not giving me access to that application any one have any idea what shuold i do to access that application from any part of the world like priviousaly just uding normal router
…please gide me……
