How I can Block Internet Sites through M

Hi, Recently I have installed MS proxy at our property, Could any body tell me how I would block all censored, sex sites on MS proxy, I dont want to enter each site/Domain name seperately to deny access, Is there any database available which I haveto upload or some thing like that, the easiest way. Thanks for helping..
