how i can get back my emails from Exchange server 2003 back to my PC

I have already Exchange Server 2003 was run in my office using POP3, and we stopped and moved to Google mail services. after that everything are perfect, in some day, i open my Entourage Application (Outlook in MAc from Microsoft Office also). i found the data base is damaged and i need to rebuild it, after rebuild database, i lost all old Emails that i already had in my PC come to when i was use Exchange server.
I believe that this emails store in some where in the server, how i can get it back to my computer. I am also have Administrator permission and Password for the server.
