Been reading this proxy market research ( https://proxyway.com/guides/market-research ) lately and was wondering how many businesses do actualy use them?

I know there are many ways you can use them like data scraping, SEO, managing multiple social media acc etc. IMHO these sort of thing are for big companies or am I wrong?
