HOW INTERCONNECTION RETAIL STORE?

I want to connect some retail store to my company, the store have DSL connection. I want to make connection using Cisco 1700. The retail store have DSL, ADSL and SDSL. SOME HAVE STATIC IP ADDRESS OTHER HAVE DYNAMIC. THE CONNECTION SHOULD BE TRASPARENT TO THE USER, THE USER ENTER HIS USER NAME AND PASSWORD ONE TIME, AND LOG TO THE LAN WITHOUT VPN INTERVENTION.
