How is possible block one Notebook to use only one SSID and no Other?

I have do project one wireless network whit multi ssid. I need to block the notebook in domain, this notebook need to work only in one ssid-vlan and no other ssid!
If my user try to find more ssid the notbook dont allows the connection whit other SSID!
My network work whit wireless controller Cisco 4400 serie and the Cisco AP1230 or AP1242.
Is really very important this because the notebook in domain not need to go whit other network!
