How much access to give student workers?

I have been informed that I will have student interns working for me soon. We are not an IT technical school, these are not future IT Professionals. How much administrative access should they be given?

Should they have network Admin privileges?

Work on faculty computers?

Have access to faculty passwords?

View other student’s grades?
