How much for a junior Unix admin

Hi all,
I am being interviewed for a job as junior HP-UX sys admin here in San Diego. The employer has the salary listed as “two years’ experience”. Try as I might, I haven’t found any data that tells me exactly how much that is. How much is an HP-UX admin worth, minimum 2 yrs? Btw, I have seven yrs exp. Thanks.
