HOW: PBX in a Flash (Asterisk) server does not see Digium TDM400p Card ?

I have an Asterisk Server and have a Digium TDM400p PCI board which the box fails to load

When I issue the command dahdi_cfg nothing gets returned
When I issue the command dahdi_genconf I receive
empty configuration — no spans
empty configuration — no spans
When I issue the command dahdi_hardware if receive
driver should be “wctdm” but is actually “netjet”

How do I fix this so the board is usable in PBX in a flash?
