How solve the problem of windows 2003 installation

the installation of Server 2003, it halts and the “blue screen of death” appears. The following message is displayed: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL *** STOP:0X0000000A (0X00000010,0X00000002,0X00000000,0X805527BC) followed by “BEGINNING DUMP OF PHYSICAL MEMORY”.Now I cannot get the OS to install. How do I sort this problem out? Please help!!!
