How to access shared resource on Domain Server

Dear all,

We have a couple of desktop systems are got connected to ADC-Domain Server.
I am Able to access the shared folder from the server by typing at Start > Run \\\

Problem is ‘sometime’ user (Standard User)logged on to local machine couldn’t access the shareholder,…but they can access if they just logout and login again. with out Login/out any other process to access the shared folder from server like restarting services…

I tried ..restarting the netlogon services by giving local user as admin privilege to but Standard user doesn’t have privilege to restart that in such any ..how to ..?
