How to add a second exchange server in one domain

Hi,

Please help…Our company has exchange server 2000, and we decided to add another exchange server this time exchange server 2003.

After installing the exchange server 2003, I was hoping to see the additional mail server in my exchange system manager but I only see one server.

During installation, it did not ask me if I want to join a domain… Please help if I miss anything.
