how to add connection in terminal

hi
i have installed win200 advanced server .i have 4 win98 pc that connect each other by network .i can able to connect 2 pc through terminal clent .after 2 pc i tried to connect 3rd pc to server thorough terminal i got error ” the terminal server has exceeded the number of allowed connection” why it is coming so?how can increse connection .plse help me
