how to assign two isp to my office network

I have two internet lines. One is ‘Surfline’ and the other is ‘MTN’. Currently we are using the Surfline which Is passing through our firewall and the MTN is not in use with the cable lying there. How do I add the MTN to my network and let some few people browse through MTN.
